Product Guarantee.

Laser Printer Basics guarantees that all printer, copier and fax toner products are free of manufacturing or material defects for one year (1) from date of purchase.  

All Laser Printer Basics toner products are remanufactured to perform equal to or better than the comparable original equipment manufacturer’s (“OEM”) product. Toner cartridges, used as intended will not cause harm to your printer, copier or fax machine, nor will use void the machines warranty.

Any Laser Printer Basics toner product that has been found to have a manufacturing or material defect within one year of purchase, will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Should any Laser Printer Basics toner cartridge be found to have caused damage to the operating components of a machine,

Laser Printer Basics will clean and repair the machine at no cost to you.
